Olimex, the creators of Teres I, has attached a price tag of 225 EUR (USD 242 approx.) on this laptop packing open source hardware. They have a prepared a guide which can help you assemble the laptop after buying it. The laptop is capable of running various Linux operating systems and Android.
The source code of the software and hardware CAD files are available on Olimex’s GitHub repo. Also, there will be a variant of Teres I with an FHD display and an x86 processor.
