“Computers Have Made Life Complicated; Don’t Blame Russia For Hacking” — Trump

Short Bytes: “Donald Trump hates computers” — this fact was once again confirmed recently. Talking to the media, Trump rejected the claims that Russia helped him win the elections. Instead, he said that the computer and technology age has complicated human lives and people are clueless about their lives.

The U.S. President-elect Donald Trump doesn’t use a computer. So, one shouldn’t expect him to understand how computers work, what’s their importance, and how they’ve made our lives easier. Similar emotions were expressed by him on Wednesday when he suggested that people should leave behind the Russia’s hacking of the elections and people should “get on with their lives.”

According to Trump, the Russian President Putin isn’t the real culprit. It’s the computers as they’ve “complicated lives very greatly.” The whole age of computers has made people clueless about their lives, Trump added.

In the recent weeks, the U.S. intelligence agencies have made clear indications that Russia interfered in the elections to help Trump beat Clinton. Officials have also been quoted saying that Putin himself was directly involved in the operation.

“We have speed, we have a lot of other things, but I’m not sure we have the kind the security we need.”

Apart from his dismissive stand, Trump said that he’ll be meeting the intelligence officials next week and get updates.

It should be noted that President Obama has already announced sanctions against two Russian intelligence agencies. Obama administration has also dismissed 35 suspected Russian spies from the United States.

Do, what do you think about Trump’s remarks? Should we blame the computer age for making our lives complicated? Don’t forget to share your views and feedback in the comments section.
