The bio-defense mode could be accessed with just a button click on the dash display. This push will take the Tesla Model X’s HEPA air filter to a maximum level and it’ll save you from the hazards of biological weapons.
This button activates an advanced climate control system and is labeled with the international biohazard symbol.
Elon Musk claims that this bio-weapon system is so effective that it couldn’t detect air imperfections. So, if there would be an attack, your new Tesla SUV could be called the safest place.
“If there was a bio-weapon attack, all you would need is to get inside your car,” Musk told a reporter.
The Tesla Model X has an acceleration of sports car and it comes at a pricing of a sports car. Musk showed off a 90D model for $132,000 and P90D model with a “Ludicrous Speed” acceleration mode for $142,000.
Musk hinted in a tweet that lower cost versions are coming later.
