Anonymous Urge Hackers To Join Them in Cyber Attacks Against Donald Trump

Donald Trump’s presidential campaign is about to face cyber attacks from Anonymous and hackers around the world

The online hactivist group Anonymous has pledged to revive its #OpTrump campaign, which was launched last year against Donald Trump. Remember last year the same hackers conducted a cyber attack on Donald Trump’s election campaign website against his hate speech.

In this latest revival of the campaign, the group hopes to take down several Trump sites as well as stop his presidential bid by exposing controversial information.

The hacktivists formally declared war against Trump in a video posted on YouTube on March 4th. The video shows a series of TV footages that contain the most embarrassing, racist, hateful and sexist of all Trump’s comments so far

The Anonymous hacktivist in the video was wearing the usual Guy Fawkes mask and stated that:

“Dear Donald Trump, we have been watching you for a long time and what we see is deeply disturbing. Your inconsistent and hateful campaign has not only shocked the United States of America [but]you have shocked the entire planet with your appalling actions and ideas. You say what your audience wants to hear but in reality, you don’t stand for anything except for your personal greed and power.”

The video message also invited all hacktivists and regular computer users to help Anonymous conduct a full-fledge campaign against Trump. The newly re-launched campaign has been labeled # OpTrump re-engaged 2016. The video also stated that Anonymous wants to shut down the campaign of Trump and get his brand “sabotaged.”

The presented further added that:

“We need you to shut down his websites, to research and expose what he doesn’t want the public to know. We need to dismantle his campaign and sabotage his brand. We are encouraging every able person with a computer to participate in this operation.”

It is also made clear in the video that this isn’t some kind of a usual warning; it is indeed the call for a Total War.

“This is not a warning this is a declaration of total war. Donald Trump – it is too late to expect us. This is a call to protect our future, our freedom and our very way of life.”

A text message was also posted online by Anonymous. In the message various sites were listed, which were the potentially chosen targets of Anonymous’ attack.

It was also revealed that Anonymous wanted all the computer users around the world to target Trump. The sites include Trump.com, Trumpchicago.com, Trumpcollection.com, and donaldjtrump.com. People can “support this important operation” by sharing anything that Trump doesn’t want to become public.

YouTube users have given mixed reviews to this plan of Anonymous, some are full of praises while some are criticizing it. Some believe that it is important to “expose his lies and deceit against the world.” And some thanked Anonymous for its “contribution to making the world a more just planet!” But some aren’t so excited such as this YouTube user who posted:

“Think about it. Soros is using Bernies [sic] useful idiots to stir ups— while funding Hillary. If you want to shut someone down, take your pick of those two. The majority of the nation is standing behind Trump.”
