Azerbaijan Embassy to Russia Website Hacked With an Anti-War Message

A hacker going with the handle of Mr.H4rD3n hacked and defaced the official website of Embassy of Azerbaijan to Russia Thursday morning.

The hacker left a deface page along with a message on the hacked website against the ongoing conflict in the Syrian Arab Republic.

It is unclear if the hacker is on the pro-Assad side like the Syrian Electronic Army or the anti-Assad side for instance Dr.SHA6H hacker from Free Syrian hacking group, but in both cases the message goes against the conflict in Syria.

“Hacked?? Mr.H4rd3n is comming for you….. Free Syria and leave the war for Syrian motherf***ers.”

A screenshot from the deface page is available below:

Link of the targeted website along with its mirror as a proof of hack is available below,

Mr.H4rD3n also worked with Moroccan hackers in 2012 to hack MSN Portugal website.

Since the beginning of Syrian conflict hackers from both anti and pro-government sides have been targeting high-profile websites around the world. The Syrian Electronic Army hacks in support of President Bashar Al-Assad while the Free Syrian Hackers have been spreading an anti-Assad message throughout their campaign.

At the time of publishing this article, the targeted website was restored and available online.
