Xiaomi Mi 9 Gets DxOMark Score Of 107 — Surpasses Pixel 3 XL And iPhone XS Max

Xiaomi just launched its flagship Mi 9 and the device has already received an impressive DxOMark score, surpassing the Apple iPhone XS Max and the Google Pixel 3 amongst the recent high-end smartphones.

As per a camera review by DxOMark, the Xiaomi Mi 9 has attained an overall score of 107, with the photos score of 112 and the video score of 99.

The review suggests that the Mi 9 camera is the best so far for Xiaomi and was able to perform pretty well in almost every possible shooting condition.


With good target exposure, white balance and color shading, the device also did well in low-light photography. Additionally, the Bokeh effect created was good too with natural-looking images.

To recall, the Mi 9 has its main highlights in the form of three cameras at the back, rated at 48MP, 12MP, and 16MP; tThe one at the front stands at 20MP.

It comes with a Snapdragon 855 SoC, water drop notched display, two RAM/ROM options, and in-display fingerprint scanner.

Furthermore, the device comes in has two other variants as well: the Mi 9 SE and the Mi 9 Explorer Edition.
