17 Best 5G Phones Announced So Far In 2019

It’s finally the time when 5G is not a distant dream! With an aim to attain faster and faster internet speeds, we finally have the next-gen 5G network soon to be commercially available to all. With this, smartphone makers are also readying themselves with new smartphones, all being 5G-ready.

While there is some more time left for us to finally be able to use the 5G network, we do have a couple of 5G phones announced by many of our favorite tech companies. Hence, here I am again to tell you of all the 5G phones that have made their entry into the mobile world, soon to go public.

However, before I list down all the 5G smartphones, I would like to share a brief about 5G:

What Is 5G?

The 5G network is the fifth generation network and is meant for even better and faster internet speeds as compared to 4G. The 5G network has been defined by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) as a network with more than 20Gbps speeds; it is expected to deliver speeds between 10Gbps and 1000Gbps.

As a reminder, 4G LTE is capable of providing a speed of 1Gbps, which means 5G technology will be at least 20 times faster than the current network we are dealing with.

5G will allow us to view 4K and 8K with more convenience and will back a large number of IoT (Internet of Things) devices with ease. Going by all the claims, 5G seems to be the network making things easier than ever!
